Born and bred in New York City, Alfredo Rivera moved to South Florida twenty years ago and never looked
back. In his professional career, Alfredo has helped clients pursue their own piece of the American Dream,
in service to the region he has come to call home. After years of providing top-tier service, Alfredo
noticed that most brokerages today are focused on hiring as many agents as possible so the brokerage can
produce as much income as possible.

Gustavo was born in Argentina and moved to Florida at the age of 6 where he has spent the last 32 years. His
background ranges from entertainment to remodeling and renovations, which has allowed him to build great
relationships with investors and contractors. This range in background makes for a great recipe as a Realtor
that not only has the personality to be able to work with anybody, but also a beyond-the-average knowledge
of properties inside and out.
Gustavo considers himself a true Floridian and has lived in many parts of Florida, from as far south as
Kendall all the way up to his current residence in Port St. Lucie and many places in between. He is fluent
in both Spanish and English. In his free time, he leads as a husband and father with a heart to serve his
community through local churches, schools and children's sports programs. That heart to serve has motivated
Gustavo to receive his CDPE designation.
As a Certified Distressed Property Expert he has made it a part of his mission to not only help our
community find their dream homes but to also help those homeowners that have come across hard times in life.

Realtor® Edwin Flores was born in El Salvador and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Edwin and his
family arrived in South Florida in the early 1990’s in search of opportunity, which is his goal when
providing real estate services to his local neighbors and residents. Edwin is a former South Plantation High
School Paladin, a Broward College Seahawk alumnus, and is currently a Burrowing Owl at Florida Atlantic
University’s College of Business.
